About Weixiong Liang

Weixiong Liang joined Columbia Threadneedle in October 2013, and is responsible for managing ASEAN-focused mandates as well as supporting the team on research for Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and Malaysia markets. Before joining the company, Weixiong was a portfolio manager at Nikko Asset Management. Prior to that he has also worked at Standard Chartered Bank as an Investment Strategist and as an Equity Analyst at Nikko Asset Management. He has a Business degree from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, graduating with First Class Honours. He is also a CFA Charterholder.
