Lorraine Kuo received her Master of International Affairs degree from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Economics degree from National Taiwan University and then went on to be an investment analyst. Currently, she is based in Hong Kong where she manages the Invesco Greater China Equity Fund, the Invesco China Focus Equity Fund and the Invesco Perpetual Hong Kong and China Fund dealing in Chinese and Hong Kong equities, using sustainable value investment styles.

Mike Shiao

Mike Shiao has been managing money for more than 15 years and is currently based in Hong Kong where he manages funds for Invesco dealing in Chinese equities, using a core blend investment style. Mike graduated with a BSc from the National Chung Hsing University and an MSc from Drexel University having studied Finance.

Objective

The objective of the Fund is to achieve long term capital growth by investing in securities of Greater China. At least 70% of the total assets of the Fund shall be invested in equity or equity-related securities issued by a. companies and other entities having their registered office in Greater China, their governments or any of their respective agencies or instrumentalities or any local government, b. companies and other entities located outside Greater China carrying out their business activities principally in Greater China, or c. holding companies, the interests of which are principally invested in subsidiary companies with a registered office in Greater China.
