Objective

The Fund is to seek a positive total return across a variety of market environments, consistent with preservation of capital and prudent investment management. The Fund seeks a positive total return rather than a return which is greater than a particular benchmark. The Fund aims to generate absolute returns irrespective of whether markets are trending up or down. The Fund is designed to primarily provide exposure to global credit markets and seeks to deploy the Investment Advisors total return investment process and philosophy. This process includes both top-down and bottom-up decision-making inputs to identify multiple sources of value.
