Shaw Yann Ho is an executive director and a member of the Global Fixed Income, Currency & Commodities group at JP Morgan Asset Management based in Hong Kong. She is a portfolio manager and the head of Asian Credit within the Asian Fixed Income team and manages portfolios as well as contributing Asian credit expertise to Emerging Markets Debt and other global funds. Before joining the firm in 2011, Shaw Yann was a senior credit analyst at ING Investment Management. She graduated from the University of Warwick with a BSc (Hons) in Finance.

Objective

To achieve a competitive total return, consisting of capital growth and regular dividend income,through an actively managed portfolio investing primarily in Asian bonds and other debt securities. The Fund may also invest in derivatives such as forward contracts, options, warrants, credit default swaps (“CDS”) and futures for investment purposes and may under limited circumstances as considered appropriate by the Manager and the Investment Manager, hold substantial amounts of its portfolio in cash and cash based instruments.
